I demand that my patients have the time for me to thoroughly assess their complaint, help to explain the problem they are having and together we can plan how we can reach the goals that are important to them. That could be anything from “I want to be able to wash my hair without shoulder pain” to “I want to get back to my sport with confidence”.

As my patient, you will there will be attention to detail in relation to your problem, honesty in relation to what can be achieved and support right through your journey to your goal.
​
Exercise rehabilitation, when guided with accuracy, underpins much recovery but there are many other treatments that I can offer to help you along the journey.
Hands on techniques ( joint mobilisation and soft tissue massage) can be very helpful, depending on the problem, to calm pain and help restore movement.
Electrotherapy can be a useful adjunct in managing symptoms.
Having plenty of time with you allows me to draw upon all my skills so we can get you back on track as soon as possible.
